87-87 C4 Hypertech Street Runner Power Chip Automatic

A Hypertech Power Chip offers performance increases and a no-brainer installation. Simply plug the chip into the ALDL port under your steering wheel and enjoy increased horsepower immediately.

At wide open throttle, the Power Chip selects an optimum spark advance and air/fuel ratio, allowing the engine to perform beyond the limitations of the stock chip. And because the Power Chip only affects the wide open throttle operation, overall fuel economy is unaffected.

The Hypertech Power Chip is available in two (2) versions: Street Runner is designed for stock or slightly modified Corvettes. Thermo Master has been further modified to allow the use of a cooler (160-degree) thermostat. Lower engine temperatures result in faster acceleration.
