Monitor your fuel pressure. Maintaining proper fuel pressure is a key to reaching maximum engine performance. High pressure and the engine can run rich with poor fuel economy. Low pressure can lead to power loss and faulty detonation -- regardless of the fuel regulator used.

Simply thread the hose fitting of the gauge onto the fuel rail fitting, (it looks like a valve stem next to the fuel injection tube) and check the pressure. The easy-to-read gauge measures from 0-100 PSI.
